Tonight, the CW is premiering the backdoor pilot for The Originals, a potential drama spinoff following the original family of vampires living in The Vampire Diaries' universe. TVD is known for its quick, dramatic dialogue, and from the extended trailer above, The Originals will offer plenty of new dealings with the undead, and will feature some familiar faces, as well as plenty of new ones.
